Peblo: data and privacy
Peblo stores staff account information, classroom membership, student names and periods, point balances, rewards, and transaction history to provide classroom rewards tools.
Independent classrooms are visible to their invited teachers. Classrooms explicitly moved into a school are also visible to that school’s administrators. Joining a school does not automatically share independent classrooms.
To understand how many teachers use Peblo, we store the first and most recent signed-in activity time for each teacher account. The service owner can see aggregate teacher and classroom counts. This does not track browsing histories, IP addresses, or individual student activity, and these activity timestamps are removed when an account is deleted.
There are no student accounts, advertising, paid upgrades, or sale of student records. Google, Microsoft, or Apple sign-in uses your identity information for authentication. Verification and recovery emails are delivered through the configured email service.
Classroom records remain until the classroom or account owner arranges deletion. Archiving and semester rollover preserve history. Deleting a teacher account removes its sign-in identities and preferences; school-owned classroom records remain with the school and prior actions are deidentified.
Teachers can export classroom reports, manage account settings, revoke sessions, and initiate account deletion from Schools & tools → Account. Transfer ownership before deleting an account that owns shared records. Contact your school administrator about school-owned records and retention requests.
